I've Achieved Remission From My Gut Disease, What Happens Now?

The goal of Holy Sophia Treatments has always been to provide our clients with  treatment plans that will directly enable them to experience gut symptom relief, and remission from IBD (inflammatory bowel disorder) and IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). To our joy, our clients continue to experience this relief.

This article is dedicated to the steps that we recommend to all of our clients as they approach remission - or the quality of being symptom free - through our treatment plans for ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease and IBS. These important steps are outlined below.

Continue taking your treatment plan even after you attain remission from IBD and IBS.

  • Each of these gut diseases are chronic, in that they generally last entire lifetimes. As a result, you need to be taking the treatment plan selected for you indefinitely, even if you - as many clients have - feel better than you did before you were diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, and/or irritable bowel syndrome.

Follow the treatment plan perfectly, without modifying any of the elements.
  • 'Modifications' include adding to or removing treatment components, and they may also include changing the timing of when to consume each of the components. Much testing, planning and research went into each of our treatment plans, and so modifying them may render them less effective than they would be than if no modifications took place.

Do not experiment with trigger foods or other supplements until after you experience remission.
  • Our treatment plans are carefully crafted so that our clients experience near-immediate relief, and a steady entry into remission. Adding in troublesome foods and supplements is therefore inadvisable during this time of recovery, and should only be partaken in after you've recovered from your gut disease, at your own discretion.

If you or someone you know has experienced relief from Holy Sophia Treatments, do spread the word! Alternatively, consider donating to our cause so that we can reach more individuals with IBS and IBD.

Doing this will allow currently diseased individuals to one day experience the joys of a symptom-free life, that your or those you know now have.
